Caritas Kumba, in partnership with BHA, invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the Supply of Construction Materials for VIP Latrine and Water Systems: . This tender is part of a project aimed to alleviate suffering and protect human dignity by providing life-saving water, sanitation, and hygiene Services to internally displaced persons (IDPs) and vulnerable host communities affected by the crisis in the Meme Division. This goal aligns with BHA’s mission is to save lives, alleviate human suffering, and reduce the impact of disasters by helping people in need become more self-reliant.
Submission Guidelines:
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Caritas Kumba, clearly indicating the tender reference number. Alternatively, bids may be sent via email to verineako20@gmail.com with the subject line Supply of Construction Materials for VIP Latrine and Water Systems: CK-WASH-2024/2 Bids must include a detailed cost breakdown per item, as well as the total cost. Bidders must submit their business registration, tax clearance certificate, and any relevant certifications. The tender must be received no later than November 15, 2024
